Terms of Use

The Leadership Alignment Assessment is a leadership development and reflection tool. It asks how you have led in the recent past and returns a snapshot based on your own self-reported answers.

It is not a clinical, psychological, psychiatric or medical assessment, it is not a substitute for professional advice, and it is not intended to be used for hiring, promotion, discipline, termination or any other employment decision about yourself or anyone else.

• Complete it yourself, using your own current role, and answer for the situation you actually work in.
• Give us your real name and email so your results can reach you.
• Each completed attempt becomes a permanent record: once submitted it cannot be edited, restarted or overwritten from the app.
• Your results link is private to you. Anyone who has it can view the results it points to, so treat it like a password.

You agree not to:

• interfere with, disable or place unreasonable load on the assessment;
• attempt to extract, reverse-engineer or resell the scoring model, the question set or the answer options;
• take the assessment on someone else's behalf, or present another person's results as an assessment of them;
• use the assessment or its results for employment selection, or as evidence in a formal process about another person.

Your results are yours to keep and to share as you see fit - with a coach, a mentor, a team or a colleague. The descriptors describe patterns in your reported behavior; they are a starting point for a conversation, not a diagnosis or a judgment of your capability.

Nothing in your results constitutes professional, legal, financial, medical or psychological advice. Decisions you make based on them remain your responsibility.

The assessment and everything in it - the questions, the answer options, the result language, the scoring model and the design of the site - is owned or licensed by George Dupont Leadership and is protected by copyright. DynastyDNA™, Champion Identity™, Champion Influence™, Champion Impact™ and Champion Leadership™ are used under those names.

You may keep and share your own results. You may not republish the question set or the answer options, reproduce the assessment as your own instrument, or use the material to build a competing tool, without written permission.

The assessment is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it is error-free, that it will be continuously available, or that any particular leadership outcome will follow from using it.

To the extent permitted by law, George Dupont Leadership is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the assessment or your reliance on its results. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.

The questions, answer options, scoring and result language may be revised over time, so results taken at different times may not be identical. If these terms change in a way that matters, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date.
