Privacy Policy

When you complete the assessment, we collect:

• Contact details: your first name, last name and email address.
• Role and organization context: your current title, leadership level, leadership scope, the number of people you lead, your organization size and the primary leadership challenge you select. These questions are not scored.
• Your responses: the answer option you select for each question, when you selected it and how long you spent on it.
• Access details: a unique results link generated for your attempt, so you can return to your results without creating an account or password.
• Technical details: our hosting provider may record standard information such as browser type and access logs.

We use it to:

• generate your Leadership Alignment Score, your domain results and your follow-up material;
• deliver your results to you by email and through your private results link;
• follow up with leadership content, invitations or messages relevant to your results, your role and the challenge you selected;
• reply when you get in touch with us;
• keep the assessment secure and reliable, and improve how it works.

Your assessment is scored on our servers. Your responses are linked to your name and email only so that your results can be produced and delivered to you.

Your results are reachable through the private link created for your attempt. We do not publish individual responses and we do not make them visible to other participants.

We do not sell your information. We do not provide your individual responses to your employer or to any other organization, unless you ask us to or are required to by law.

We share your information only with the providers we need to run the assessment:

• our hosting, database and email providers, which store the assessment records and deliver messages;
• our CRM and messaging platform, which holds your contact details and sends your results and follow-up messages.

These providers process your information on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not share your information with advertisers.

We keep your attempt - contact details, profile answers, responses and results - so that your results link keeps working and so we can follow up with you. Completed attempts are part of the assessment record and are not overwritten by later submissions.

If you would like a copy of what we hold, a correction, or your information deleted, reply to the email that delivered your results. We will confirm once your request has been carried out.

Information is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a database where access is restricted to people who need it to operate the assessment. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, which is why we limit what we collect to what the assessment actually needs.

• You can stop at any time before completing the assessment.
• You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it.
• You can opt out of further follow-up messages using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.

The assessment is designed for adults who lead other people and is not intended for anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as the assessment changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised; material changes will be reflected here.
